Edit or delete a saved toy
Open My toys in the toy menu, then use the options button beside a saved toy to edit or delete it. Deletions sync to your connected devices when iCloud is available. Your play statistics are kept separately.
Manage iCloud and backups
Saved toys and play statistics sync automatically when iCloud is available. Review iCloud and backup settings under your Apple Account in your device’s Settings. Apple explains how to manage iCloud storage.
Fijelly has no separate sync switch or button to erase all play data. Turning off iCloud access does not erase existing copies. If you change iCloud accounts, sync pauses and your local data stays on the device.
Delete or offload the app
Deleting Fijelly removes its local data. Offloading keeps that data. iCloud copies and backups may remain, so saved toys and statistics can return after reinstalling. Read our privacy policy for retention details.
Choose what to share
Review Apple’s diagnostic-sharing options in your device’s Settings. When contacting support, you choose what to include in your message. Please leave out passwords and payment details.
Purchases and refunds
Deleting the app does not erase your purchase. Plus is a one-time purchase with no subscription to cancel. For a refund request, use Apple’s Report a Problem page.
Make a privacy request
Email support@cgc.studio to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold, or to ask about withdrawing consent. We may need to verify your request. Some records must remain for purchase restoration, fraud prevention or legal requirements.
