App licence
Fijelly is provided by CGC Studios Pty Ltd. The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. This page summarises Fijelly’s purchase and support arrangements; it does not replace Apple’s standard licence.
Free features and Fijelly Plus
The free app includes the button, switch and blob, a colour palette, selected sounds, achievements and one saved custom preset slot. Fijelly Plus adds custom toy and background colours, Pearl and Frosted finishes, all included sounds, alternate app icons and unlimited saved custom presets.
Plus is a one-time purchase for lifetime access to the Plus features in Fijelly. It is not a subscription and has no recurring charge. Your local purchase price is shown in the app and Apple’s confirmation sheet before you buy.
Purchasing and restoring
Apple processes payments under the terms applicable to your App Store account. If Plus is locked, restore a purchase using the same Apple Account for App Store purchases, then open Settings → Fijelly Plus → Restore Purchases. Availability of Plus depends on a valid purchase; a refunded or revoked purchase no longer grants access. Family Sharing is not currently enabled for this purchase.
Refunds and consumer rights
For an App Store payment or refund enquiry, visit Apple’s Report a Problem page. Refund eligibility is handled by Apple. Nothing on this page excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
